ClipSaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, X Corp, or any other platform. Use of ClipSaver to download content from these platforms is entirely at your own risk and may violate those platforms' terms of service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClipSaver, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
