ClipSaver respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.

â„šī¸ Important notice: ClipSaver does not host, store, or serve any video content. We are a tool that enables users to access publicly available media from third-party platforms. If your content is being made available on a third-party platform (such as TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram), please direct your takedown request to that platform directly, as they control access to the content.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed upon through the use of ClipSaver, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., a specific URL).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We strongly recommend submitting notices by email for fastest processing. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted or that relates to your use of ClipSaver was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, ClipSaver will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

ClipSaver is not liable for any infringement of copyright arising from a user's actions. We act as a neutral technical service provider and do not encourage, endorse, or facilitate copyright infringement.
